I know that there a few fans on here (FWY being an obvious one): anyone heard the new triple album yet? Is it any good?

I normally buy all TW stuff but I have a marked aversion to triple albums as they're often an excuse to put out a load of old tat.

Not got it yet but am looking forward to it. I think that TW's personal quality control will mean that at the worse some tracks will be interesting ! There's a DVD and book out soon aswell I think.
Ever seen him live ? I've not and he is without doubt on the top of my list of artists I have to see.

No, not seen him live - he doesn't do that many gigs over here.

I've been a fan of his since the 70s and would love to see him.

Was going to see him in Amsterdam last year until i saw theprice of the tickets - something like €140 each... Sorry Frank, I don't love you that much (more to the point, i don't earn that much...).

Not sure about a new triple album. While the later albums like Mule Variations and Bone Machine do have good songs on them, I always find myself reaching for the earlier stuff when I need to listen to a bit of midnight melacholy.
