Would he realistically get into Milan or Monaco's teams? I'd say not. If he wants to play regular football rather than chase the money and the glamour, it actually seems like a reasonably sensible move in terms of him getting playing time and developing given how many young English players just go somewhere to sit on the bench and pick up a pay cheque - see Jack Rodwell, Scott Sinclair etc.

His Dad is still a complete prick however

If I was him I would chose Hull over Inter. He's more likely to play regularly at Hull which will benefit his career. Also, moving to another country where he doesn't know anyone or speak the language would be hard.

And we don't know the difference in wages between the two offers.
