Today's pie saga

Got there 10 minutes before kickoff, and guess what - loads of pies available. However, daughter wouldn't allow it, had to take our seats.
So joined the queue for a pie at half time, and by the time we got to the front - loads of pies available!

Well done Azure, and thank you!




PS - I know there was a piss take thread on catering already, but I'm ready to complain every week when they get it wrong, so now they've finally got it right I don't want to hide my praise.

It doesn't get much more damning that being congratulated for finally doing a good job when it's not you doing it.

I complained early in the season, after the friendlies, that Kronenbourg and stopped and we could only buy piss water. I met Elliott Moore and he said that they were going to put in the little booths/kiosks/whatever they are! Great I thought. First game, warm Kronenbourg and a second one which was ok but hey, got my beer. Next game, managed to get one pint becuase the setup was crap, full of froth and not cold enough. Week after week this was happening, soooo much so that I couldn't be arsed and didn't drink anything. Bolton game comes along, noticed no queue for the Krone, went up got a perfect pint, I asked "is this because Azure have now gone?", "of course" was the reply in broken polish/english!

Goodbye and good riddance, Azure..

I know, I had no idea until I stumbled upon the other thread last night. I genuinely thought 'fair play Azure, I criticise when you get it wrong, so I'm going to start a thread to say thanks'.
