The CEO of American Express was visiting from New York and there was a 'Town Hall' meeting with around 900 employees. The dome shaped thing was the stage.

I think BHASnappy likes to experiment with the settings on his camera, thus creating a somewhat misleading, or slightly distorted view of real life. There's nothing to worry about, the stadium will look superb.
