1. How far do you expect to progress letting in 2 goals in 3 out of 4 games?

2. I expect an England keeper to save more than 1 in 6 penalties(If he did save one I went to bed during extra time.), Shilton was to old/slow, james is crap.

3 Sol Cambell may have played well but how many of the goals against us came from Dead balls?

4. To be honest Portugal were SHIT up front squandering umpteen chances, Holland/czechs would have slaughtered us.

5 Cambell apart are defence was shite, John Terry the invisible muppet and as for those f***ing Nevilles!!!!!!!! Ashley cole was a muppet in the first half and in the earlier stages of the comp and I dont care what the arsehole commentators think.

6 Real Madrid ALWAYS run their players into the ground thats why the biggest club in Europe rarley wins anything and fades and dies. Berkham and Svenker should know this.

Damn! I needed to get that of my chest.

If you think Gary Neville had a poor tournament then you need to think again...He was outstanding and was the driving force behind the team in the absence of Beckham doing very little worthwhile.

Albion & England forever.

1. the defence played well; they were put under pressure too much due to midfield failings

2. granted, David James could have done better; but really we (and everybody else) should hope to progress without the need for a shoot-out. You can't really blame a goalie when it is because of his team-mates' failings he has had to face panalties

3. the dead ball situation was very poor, no doubt about that. Again, though, it was the pressure the back 5 were put under my the midfield which led to most of those.

4. did they squander their chances, or did our defence marshall them well?

5 Terry wasn't at his best, although as his injury wore off he got better; Gary Neville was a revelation. I would rather have Bridge at left-back, but Colewas amongst the best in that position in the entire tournament - he surprised me.

6 Real Madrid, famously, do quite the opposite to what you are claiming they do.

Neville terry and Cole were Stealth defenders thats why we never saw them apart from Cole apearing to bitch at the ref at every oppertunnity.

Kind of reminds me of another player who's name escapes me.

Played for England Wet spam Manure and now wolves, black player.

When at west ham used to bitch to the ref all the time but cut it out at Manure and became a far better player.

DAMN! Whats his name? looks like Richard Prior with the tache shaved of!!!!
