We are in the process of moving from Gibraltar back to Brighton. The removal company packed all our stuff up on Tuesday and loaded it onto their lorry. It took them 12 hours and we gave them (2 men) £20 and they seemed quite happy with that.

I have always made them lots of tea and offered biscuits and soft drinks instead. Feel a right tight git.

I have very similar sentiments to be honest, providing refreshments is good enough in my opinion.
