People should be able to do what they want - the risks of motorsport are well known...I don't agree with making a TV series out of it, frankly it was boring! But no matter who you are you should be able to do what you want, as long as you're aware of the risks...

dont the professional drivers need a licence, to race? that would imply some kind of test, or proper training- not just 'try this helmet on, and fix that lipstick for the cameras..'

They said during the show, that they'd all passed their ARDS (Association of Racing Drivers Schools) test. Once you've passed that, all you need is a medical (and some dosh) and you can get a licence. Ms Dinamite is quite fit, so I assume the medical was no problem for her.

You do an ARDS course which gives you a Nat A License. You have to complete 10 races in your chosen series with a stickers on your bumper to identify you as a novice. (a black x on a yellow background) However this course only ensures you know the rules, flags and a basic bit of track craft. It doesn't teach you how to drive a race car!

f*** that - put them all in a big MOT-failing bus.

Jade Goody at the wheel please. Kerry Katona right behind her.

Now that's a celebrity show I'd watch. Working title 'I'm a celebrity, get me off this death bus'. Each week the public vote for their least favourite, most annoying 'C List' celeb to be put on the bus with no brakes as the comedy host tips it towards Beachy Head.....

First Ingrid Tarrant now Ms Dynamite - bit of a trend here ??? ;)

My thoughts to they can't park doing a few mph, so to let them race is total madness!!

Mouldy Newell.
