[Misc] Tilers advice please

Mrs A has decided we are having our shower room refitted.
We only intend to tile inside the shower area. 1600 x 800.
I like the idea of using 1200 x 400(?) tiles.
Q is, are these easy to put up or, do tilers prefer a smaller size for ease and speed?
So I guess also the 2nd question is are bigger tiler dearer or cheaper to fit?

My mate did his bathroom in that hygenic plastic I said it looked nice but in truth it looked disgusting

The tiler might quote more (seeing a tiler having to tile one of our bathrooms with porcelain tiles and the drill bits and wheel used for cutting, I would )
