Mine have arrived - away end naturally. So - no gloating please. I am looking forward to a nice friendly day out.

What are my chances?

You'll be in another post code, BN11 rather than BN1, with a long jump pit, hammer throw net and a running track between you and the action, does that help? Bring the binoculars...

There are two Saints fans in my office. O is a friend of mine and likes the Albion. R hates the Albion. We had an office-wide meeting this morning, which R chaired. When my turn came to speak, I wasn't concentrating. R prompted me. I replied: "Sorry, I was dreaming of Championship football."

Guard of honour it is - as long as you give us 3 points :) You 've got plenty of time to get passed the 100 point barrier after that.

I think you'd have stood a much better chance of 3 points if your manager had shown a bit more respect this season. I can't imagine you'll be getting any favours from our team... sorry.

Oh do behave yourself with this tiresome obsession with a throw away comment from the distant past. Don't be so touchy! :)

Got no problem with that. Credit where it is due.

How far from the pitch will we actually be? I have never been to the Withdean befive.

Not as far away as West Ham fans will be behind both their goals when they move into the Olympic Stadium.

I *think* it's about 40-50 metres to the front of the away end? I'm sure I read that somewhere once.

You'll be closer if you watched it from St Mary's.

You don't wanna be going that. Away (and home) games between BHA and SFC are much better events than hauling all the way oop North to get rained on.

Do you know what? he has a point. Good mate of mine is a Sainst fan and we meet up in his pub which was serving Dark Star this season.
