Tickets for playoff matches

Got something to say or just want fewer pesky ads? Join us... 😊

The club needs to start planning ticketing arrangements for the playoffs now. We've got ten away games left, fans should be told to start keeping their ticket stubs with playoff tickets allocated to season ticket holders first, then priority given to those who went to a certain number of these away games, then on a first come first served basis if there are any left.

Unfortunately I suspect it's a bit late now.

The play-off final is on my wedding anniversary. I'll be very unpopular if I go. Secretly all season I've been hoping it won't happen! I'd rather go up in second place or not at all

As a season ticket holder if I don't get a ticket for play-off games home or away, I will be complaining to the club!

Sod all that ticket stub rubbish,Some of the matches ive been to take the whole thing anyway.

What should happen is when you apply at the ticket office ams scheme they should put a mark against your name,so it knows how many games youve been to+for the games that arnt all ticket you should bring back the cup of piss they serve at half time as proof you went!

Anyway im thinking if we get to the final im quite sure everyone will get a ticket as we wouldnt sell more than 30k+for the playoff games(home and away legs) Im a season ticket holder so i get priority.........So i'll defo get a ticket,But for the people who arnt...You lot should have a royal rumble style thing.

What happens is if we got 2000 tickets spare after all the amazing season ticket ,god like people have got theirs. Put all the people who want tickets in a big boxing ring and the last 2000 standing ...get the tickets!

For the home games surely it will be a case of Seaosn ticket holders get their seats and the rest can scramble over the remaining seats. For away games it'll be th eusual lottery process and then for th efinal we can all go. :clap2:

It's not the play-off final that will cause any difficulties it is the away leg of the play-off 'semi-final'.

Yeah all the filth will crawl from their remote controlled/teletext supporting homes! And have thier hand out ready!

These are the people who say they cant afford to go to the barnsleys and tranmeres!
Makes me sick!

Beat me to it Bozza. BYF, what your saying is fine is a club has a 5000 away capacity, but as was shown with Grimsby away last season, they had to ballot all the tickets. There needs to be some form of priority put on these tickets if we get say Hartlepool in the semi's as you only get 700 tickets.

Anyway will Dandyman give you the time off?

I certainly will not be giving byf time off. I let him have Boxing day away from his duties and even let him out of his gimp suit for the day.

Stupid boy! Surely the play-off final will be on the same date every year (or there abouts) and so you will never be able to go to one again!

Or am I talking bollocks?

The question is 'Will all season ticket holders want away leg play-off tickets, especially as they will be on TV anyway?' ???

Absolute nightmare scenario

The Hineys will be in Majorca on the day of the Playoff final, due to a complete booking cock-up.

At least we should be able to find a bar that will be showing it.

Unbelievable:( :(
