Hi
I have an adult and under 16 season ticket in the family stand. I can't make the Wednesday game and wanted to give my tickets to two Albion supporting adults. They have tried to upgrade the tickets but have been told because the game is sold out they can't be moved and so can't do it.
Is there no way as a one off that they can't get an upgrade and sit in our seats in the Family stand?
They will be spending money on programmes and food etc. It seems silly that they and the club have to miss out.
