Tried buying tickets to the MK game when I got up at 4.30am and apparently it was unavailable due to high traffic
Now, whenever I try and buy the tickets, it just bloody resets itself

Online tried to sit me somewhere daft so cancelled and called ticket line. It read out loads of stuff that went on for a couple of minutes and then invited me to press 5. I pressed 5 and was greeted with a tone followed by 'the other user has ended the call'. GGRRRRRRRRR!

Got two tickets by phone (although I knew both customer numbers). Took 15 minutes waiting. The queue moved acceptably quickly (I was 12th when I joined it). Spent the time reading bits and pieces on NSC.

started 11th in queue took 15minutes to get to the girl who said I could'nt order 3 as everyone needs to be registered, I said thats bloody annoying so she let me do it JUST THIS ONCE.....and she sounded hot!

It's really not good enough is it. Had a rant in an Email yesterday about it, I am not holding my breath for a reply.
If it was a normal retail business that treated it's customers like they do it would quickly make a loss. Oh wait a minute, it does.
If you can't effectively deliver 8,000 tickets what's going to happen with three times that amount.
