Was open at 12 when I went in. Still working through the postals, assured me we should get ours as it was in before Wednesday (white)

It was actually in on 4 January. Over a week before they started selling over the counter......

Still nothing showing in my account history and no text / email from the club. Seems like they had a very large pile of postal applications.

Will they get a day off after they've finished sending everything out?

I've come back home.
This should possibly have been on ATC, but I can't bring myself to clutter it up with even more nonsense [somebody has posted to inform the club that you can get SPECIAL label printers that would save the time of hand-writing envelopes...

That is the funniest thing i have read in ages!!!:clap2: You have to admire the underestimation that suggestion had!

Just back from shop/ticket office. Apparently, all Gold members sorted and posted today, and will be working on Blues this eve to be sent out tomorrow. Whites will be dealt with tomorrow and will hopefully hit the post tomorrow eve, but could be Wednesday. I am assured that as long as the application was received in the shop by 6pm last Wednesday, (and they haven't lost it), then you will get the tickets you applied for.

Hope they are using 1st class postage!

I'm a white member applied in the shop last weds and I just got a text and email saying:

"Thank you for purchasing Aston Villa V BHAFC.

Your seat details are 000 / 0000 / 0002 / 4006"

I asked for 2 tickets, no idea what those seat details mean!

i thought that the ticket office were meant to be dealing with the bulk of the tickets on saturday

That's correct, they were meant to be. Villa season ticket holder phoned Villa ticket office and asked about my ticket today and they said their all going out today, so Brighton and Villa fans should get their tickets tomorrow, Wednesday or Thursday the lastest

I'm a white member and put in my application in person (with a SAE) on 4 January. Nothing in my purchase history, so I hope the lack of a text is just down to still having no Orange service (actually just checked and Orange back on, so :censored:).

edit: must have been a mirage - Orange gone again!

So if they have only just supposedly finished sorting out the gold members tickets and are supposedly going to start on the Blue, why are White members already getting their tickets?? FFS, they have really f***ed up, surely there must be an easy way to make it fair for everyone... When we went to Cardiff we had to queue for our tickets that must be easier and fairer (other than STH who should have some sort of preference)

Sully, don't panic - in my dream last night I held 4 tickets in my grubby little paw.
