Is there something wrong with it. I tried to call up today and after a very long and boring message I was told to press 5, all this did was hang up. How do I speak to someone? It is about my password for the online thingy.

email the club, I did and got an email back next day, use the email address on the online regsitration page

I called this am at about 9.30am, had a queue of two and was able to book two tickets for Orient there and then. Was also sent a reminder of my Fan Number so that I could book online in future within an hour. Superb service.
