Ticket Office, do they know what they are doing?

After reading HKFC's message to Insider I too have just called the ticket office to book my Hartlepool ticket. Straight through.

I was surprised not to be charged the £2 booking fee.

When I enquired as to why I hadn't been charged the guy said it's not applicable to Season ticket holders! Oh well, Who am I to argue.

I'm not bothered really. It has to cover the postage too. AT least they only charge a single transaction fee, too, rather than some of the robbing C*NTS who charge it PER TICKET, which WELL winds me up....

Tonight's game was available to be booked ONLINE. Most people would have bought it via the ONLINE medium...this generates NO booking fee. Only phone sales generate the fee...

Why ALL cup matches aren't available online is beyond me, and I genuinely hope that there isn't actually a STH issue here. Why would some be charged and others not?

I appreciate how hold the staff in there work, but the process is clearly just not working at all...
