These things have to be in place just in case though. You can't leave it til a week before just so that we know for definate or all hell will let loose. Imagine trying to make a postal application then.

The bummer for me is that I'll be away in America when the semis take place. Not so much because I'll miss them but it will be more difficult for me to apply if we go through.

Anyone want to help an old ex clique member???

Ticketing considerations aside, am i the only fan who would be seriously pissed off on the day if i was sat near a bunch of obvious glory hunters who would stuggle to pick out one player?

Whilst having massive support is great these sort of occasions and particularly if we win, are times for the hardcore fans.

Who would fill up the other 19,000 seats though as this season shows hardcore fans total up to about 6k. It is highly probable that you will be sitting next to exactly that type of fan.

On the terraces!!
maybe they can allocate a "singing section" for the final??

thing with a massive ground an allocated seats is that the singing section and hardcore fans all get scattered across the whole ground making it harder to get the atmosphere going!!

just a thought!
:p

Good point.

But you would get the same as at Withdean. People wanting to sit in the singing section and not sing.

I cannot believe people are worrying about "gloryhunters" and such like - this is our chance to show we are not just a "provincial club" blah blah....

For once, all my mates/family who cannot go to watch the Albion cos we live outside of Brighton/difficulty getting tickets etc....can actually plan a fantastic day out - book a coach/transport etc...

Bring it on!

I think you will be proved wrong Balloonboy

I think we would comfortably shift 30,000 tickets for the final at Cardiff. I am married with 4 virtually grown up kids and in 1991, all six of us went to Wembley ( cost me a fortune ); it was my eldest daughter's first and only live game she's ever been to.
I am the only regular attendee at all home games and many away but I know for a fact that, if we get to Cardiff, there will be at least six going from my family and possibly more depending on daughters' boyfriends etc. Probably going to cost me a fortune again!
