Correct me if I am wrong, but it is November isnt it?? So why do we have a Thunder storm in Worthing??!! Anyone else got one??

I think there's one rumbling around mile oak at the mo. Not a very impressive one though!

There was a super flash of lightening that lit up The West Pier, but nothing further has materialised.

Stuck me digi camera on Firework setting, 4sec shutter, and a bit of patience (and swearing when the shutter closed, and then there was a flash!).

Thunderstorm is a 40 mins 'flash' in the pan...all gone from worthing now, but it seems to be heading Brighton way

Storrington and East Preston seem to have taken a bit of a beating!

I'm in Angmering, not too far from EP- some of the lightning was a bit close, you know the flashbang variety.
Although a couple of years back, the roof of a house a few roads away from us got severely damaged by lightning- and that was one hell of a FLASHBANG, I love storms, and that was the daddy of them all!

Weather report on talksport earlier said we're in for a battering for the next two weeks. 100 mph winds they rekon, although we were supposed to be flooded by a tidal wave last week....
