No he didn't. He barely got over the halfway line. OK, this season's crop are equally clueless, but at least they're clueless in the opposition's half, rather than ours. Which must count as some sort of progress shirley?

100% happier that the Oscar era is over. Even today's performance was better than 90% of last years dross.

I still think his football was dross.

We were often awful, including at home, under OG. The slide had well and truly began, hence Poyet angling for his departure to a bigger budget club. Some key Ulloa goals and so many poor top half teams last season gave us a top 6 position, when we were poor in the main. As exposed by Derby outclassing us in the play offs.
