but, when teams get new stadiums, they only do well when they share it with a rugby team (except huddlesfield).

Teams that have done well that share with rugby teams:
reading
doncaster
hull
wigan
swansea.

seems like we need a rugby team in town if we really want to be sucessful, but you never know
