I don't. We're more likely to be battling Newcastle (who we've been swapping places with ALL season) than ****ing Reading. If we're anywhere near Reading come the finish line then we have MONUMENTALLY ****ed up and don't deserve to go up anyway.

I would do Rotherham or Draw instead. Might do a weekly bet from now until end of season with Newcastle to win, Huddersfield to win and Brighton to lose/draw

Surely the whole POINT of a compensation bet is that either a. you win cash, or b. the not winning it, means you're quite happy regardless?

Yours leaves so many possible ways of not collecting, that are STILL shit results!

Newcastle, Hudds win and ours is a DRAW, you'll be £5 down AND pissed off.
Reading, Hudds and Barnsley win, you'll be £5 AND pissed off.

Mine is so much simpler. Both the biggest threats to second (Leeds and Hudds) to win. Returns 7/1 or similar, and I'll be delighted if one of them slips up. Win, win.

I did this last season. For about 5wks I kept doing Burnley/Boro/Hull trebles before turning to Boro/Burnley doubles in the hope that my s**t ability at winning bets would result in us gaining promotion.
