I sit in the disabled area for half the time (usually second half)

1. The view isn't as bad as you would expect. When the action is down that end it's actually very good.

2. I can get out without having to ask people to stand up in their seats.

3. I get a comfortable chair with loads of room.

3. The toilets are very near.

4. I get out very quickly so the temptation to leave early is non existent.

5. When the rain starts, they bring out the canopy.

Yes, those baguettes are the bees knees. Went a touch overboard on ketchup yesterday though.

Rocket man used to be a nice touch.

1. Food in hospitality isn't too bad.
2. Being able to hear the player swearing. That's well naughty.
3. It's nicer than having a roof when it's warm and sunny. So that's two games a season.
4. It's in Brighton.
5. Getting to and from the ground is peasy. Including the bus service from the ground to the Basketmakers is almost door-to-door.
6. Like it or lump it, for now - it's HOME.

The trees are nice.
The toilets are better than a lot of grounds in league one.
It's in Brighton.
I can travel in by train.
The pitch is in good condition.

Without it we'd still be at Gillingham or dead.

Some good memories from my infrequent viists as I live a long way away, most notably the 6-0 against Mansfield and Lee Steele's last minute winner against Bristol City.

The walk under the railway arch.

Before the game, the anticipation of a rare win and seeing the programme sellers always lightens my mood.

There's a real Dunkirk spirit about the place.

The family stand is usually buzzing.

Gullys Girls.

Walking under the arches after a win with hundreds of other Albion fans. Walking from the ground after the Northwich Victoria 8-0 was amazing.

Just like walking through the tunnel to the south of the Goldstone on the way to Hove station when I was little.

It may not be much, but it's home (at present) to MY team.

In a pile of football shirts
I'm sorry, but there is absolutly nothing I like about the Withdean Stadium.

I used to like;

Rocket Man
Winning Championships
Pasties from the South Stand "catering" vans
Exciting football
Quality players

But sadly all these things seem to have gone.

edit, Oh, there is something I like about Withdean. It is each and every one of you who I've met, and who I would like to regard as friends.

We've made some very good friends due to the place, the flag, NSC sponsorship games, "Falmer Banners"
