Well I was in H block and stood up twice. Was definitely snail's pace though. Very geriatric Mexican Wave/Stand Up If You Want Falmer type thing!

And what more than 3-0 do we want before we make some noise? WAY too quiet today.

Must be confusing me with someone else. Unfortunately, due to working weekends, I don't get to many games so don't have a season ticket at the moment. Wonder why you think the person you sit near is me?

That was the Slovakia Wave and I am guessing that was started by an Albion fan in our end who was also at the England game in Bratislava a few weeks before.

They had a Mexican wave going around the stadium in for the Slovakian game but when it got to the England section we responded with the usual various hand gestures. With time running out and the score-line 2-1 in our favour someone started the spontaneous 'wave' of just cheering and randomly throwing their arms in the air. It caught on fast.

This is exactly what happened at The City Ground last season.
