Pedant alert..... it actually started getting lighter in the evening from the 17th, just that sunrise is still getting later, and will do until 5th January when sunrise starts to get earlier too.

Sunrise is just ONE second earlier on the 22nd and 8 seconds on the 23rd - but from small beginnings - summer on the way, yay!
