Don't get what the second series is needed for. Seems to be more of the same. First series was brilliant for it's unexpectedness and ridiculousness, the Brydon Vs Coogan impressions and the sometimes even unscripted (apparently) back and forth they had going. Second series just seems to be more of the same, waiting for impressions, or them perving over a girl and annoyed at not being 20 something or them talking with a gob full of food. Occasional laugh so far but not much more.

I'm really enjoying this, but it's a real change of pace from the first series and I seriously doubt I will ever become as fond of it as I did to that. I'm missing Coogan the **** - he's just trying to be too likeable in this. I'm also missing the quick fire impressions - it seems to me like much longer well rehearsed routines in this series so far. Thing is though, I cannot get enough of the melancholy feel of the show, whilst the pretentious side of me loves the combination of clowning about and Byron.
