Did the tour a couple of weeks ago, luckily got a nice sunny day. Short talk, nice wander around the estate with a (very attractive young) guide, sampled two reds (one good, one awful), one sparkling (superb) and one white (pretty good), then had a cream tea with more sparkling. Very enjoyable couple of hours and well worth it.

We tried the same , the Demi sec was a bit sweet for us. The rose was actually very quaffable, even though I am not a great fan of rose. The red, you are right the red far too young and has a very tannin base. We have just had a couple of glasses of the Baccus from dorking which is absolutely fabulous.

I like the demi-sec one, but the rose is ok as well.
