Take a point now and avoid them doing the double over us and escape with some dignity, or GO FOR IT and see what happens?

In my view, a draw is a reasonable result from this game.

Following Palace (A), we have Leicester (H), Brentford (A) and West Ham (H).

8 or 9 points from these four games is achievable, and Palace away is the toughest of the lot - especially coming off the last two results, and specifically the home defeat on Wednesday.

Quick reminder: we're 7 points clear of these gimps. We're the better team.

Now let's have those three points and leap frog those Veela twats.

Southampton got a point against Crystal Palace.

Go for the win. We need wins and they're no better than us.

I would love a point, expecting to be defenestrated.
A doubly apt concern.

They are FAR worse than us, we are LIGHT YEARS ahead of them on and off the pitch.
We know it, they know it.

Yep, I’ll take a point now.
They always manage to raise it against us.

Nope. Draw’s probably going to be a fair result and I really do suspect we might lose, but what’s the point of the whole ‘rivalry’ thing if we’re at here accepting draws. Especially after losing last time out. They also really do need taken down a peg or two after their recent results.

I’m hoping for a loud afternoon of us singing “where’s your famous atmosphere” as we educate them on the pitch. I’m expecting to be putting my headphones in at 85 minutes so I don’t have to listen to their gloating dirge as they beat us. Yep, I’d take a point.

Regardless of the last 2 games, this is still the strongest ever Brighton squad to rock up at Selhurst Park, as our erstwhile leader Mr Michael Adams used to say, “Form is temporary, class is permanent”.

I think we will surprise both them and ourselves.

2-0 Brighton. 👍

KTF 😉
