The supporters views

Hello Insider,

After your answer to Vulture's question re: the club reading NSC, I was just wondering are there any other methods that are used to gauge supporters opinions aside from here and (I presume) the fans phone in?

Supporters opinions are vital - and always welcome. Yes - here on Ask The Club, fans forums and we operate an open-door policy. Obviously we receive letters, emails, calls etc. In addition the directors and management staff all come into contact with supporters on a daily basis. So we are regularly up to speed with the views of many of the club's supporters. If you have any other suggestions, feel free to PM them.
