We need a better keeper, at least 1 central defender but better off with 2, left back, right back, 2 wingers and a hold up striker in the Ulloa mold. I'd keep CMS and Baldock as long as we could get the decent striker we require. All those signings have to be quality and we have to splash a bit of cash I'm afraid.

March - the love in with March is quite amusing, quick feet, but rarely delivers, good goal vs Fulham, but generally wasteful - fence.
Crofts - two cruciate injuries - long way back and we do miss his drive.

Angkergren - why is he still here?
Hughes - too old
Best - too slow
Agustein - disaster
Ledesma - wasn't good enough for us in league 1 - why now? Really poor at Reading
Bennett - defensively inept, though has improved. Good going forward, but nowhere near as good as Ward and that is the level we need.
CMS - not a championship striker

For sale/get rid:
Dunk - if someone wants him take the money, not that good and would get roasted in a higher division.
Holla - too slow, reads the game well, but Dutch league slower and suits his style.
O'Grady - we just need better.
