The start of the end for kerbside recycling?

I'm one of the "lucky" ones, in that there doesn't seem to any plan to get us to split our waste into different bins at the current time.

Frankly I'd be a bit pissed off with having to deal with all the packaging that is enforced on me anyway.

I used to have this old credit card (a few years ago) and I think I actually overpaid it to the tune of a few pence.

I still get a monthly statement for it, but you think it would save the bank money to close the account and send me a cheque. Why is this day and age banks still send out paper statements is beyond me. I must find out if I have the option to have them stopped.

I used to have this old credit card (a few years ago) and I think I actually overpaid it to the tune of a few pence.

I still regularly get a statement from an old CITI credit card showing balance £0.00 available credit £0.00. When it first happened I wrote and explained that it was a card for an account I had closed but still they send it so I just shread it and bin it now and have done so with the card ages ago.
