If you only saw the highlights you missed plenty. He was absolutely superb yesterday. Again. Fantastic - a real captain's performance
You're not wrong.

As El Pres said on Roar, Dunk is very lucky to have GG, next to him.
As good as LD is, GG still makes him better.

How is it that we haven't got a song for Gordon yet? Bad form NSCers!

Totally agree, an injustice that Razak has a song going already and yet following Greer's game changing clearance...Nothing.

Last year, as the last post on a similar thread Seagull songs posted...

" To the tune of the aforementioned 'We'll Be Coming': {tartan army song}

Gordon Greer! Gordon Greer!
We'll be singing 'Gordon Greer'
When you hear the noise of the Brighton army boys,
We'll be singing 'Gordon "

might even give it a go next week.

Thoughts???

Think he was a very shrewd acquisition at £350K and has adapted to the Championship with no problems at all. How he is not included in the Scotland squad beggars belief.

He hasn't got Mc in front of Greer ... McGreer would have a far better chance. They probably think he's Welsh.

Not quite true, a bloke in the North stand tries to get a Greer chant started every single game.

"Oh na na Gordon Greer, oh na na Gordon Greer"

To the tune of Rihanna....

Have to agree on the MOM comment. Others played well including Razak but IMO Greer was superb. A bit like Bridcutt, work rate and quality often overlooked by match sponsors who more often than not pick a goal scorer as MOM making me wonder what game they have been watching

Greer has to be in the running with Bridcutt for player of the season

Him and AEA just look like a great partnership - and both look comfortable on the ball after winning the tackle.

Is there any other defender in this league that could fire a pass like that to the toes of Buckley. It was Barcelona-esque.

One of the best, if not THE best, defenders in the league IMO.

So many shouts for MOTM on Saturday. Greer, El-abd, Bridcutt, Navarro, Razak and CMS all could have won it with no qualms from me
