To me, it seems like this season started years ago. Two halves, a World Cup, and Albion retaining interest deep into and up to the end.

I do wonder if there has been a better one for folk here. From an Albion perspective, probably not. But from a general perspective the standard has been high, reflected by our adoration of our own club. It seems that Graham Potter was a manager from decades ago, and like he's had a few clubs since then.

I think, as a lover of European football and international football too, I can't think of one better. It's not completely over yet, but I do wish it was. I want to transfer my sporting affections to the cricket.

How do folk feel now it's at an end ? Or is it ever at an end ? I wonder what hobbies folk will looking to turn their attention to during the, sort of, break.

Glad it’s over in a way. Objective achieved and our fixture list at the end was a joke. A summer or R&R and a bit for the players too 🤣 Best season ever from us and a very big ‘trophy’ of European football to show for it. A nice few months off then back to it - excited to see who we’ll be signing…

Cricket rather appears to be an acquired taste for NSCers. But is has been my main sport for 42 years, as evidenced by my 'know it all' posts in cricket threads.
No worries, only mucking about.

Second time today. I do declare I'm turning into Kenneth Williams. . . . . .
