This five year sequence of albums has always amazed me. Most other bands would wish for just one of these long players in their entire career....to release them back-to-back in just short of 5 years is quite breathtaking in my opinion. It's also worth noting that they are all varied in style. Whilst they are not without flaw, each has moments of genuine and supreme greatness.

My favourite is Beggars Banquet...home to the greatest song written and probably which will ever be written IMHO...Sympathy For The Devil.
