Having swatched the rerun on tele etc I am convinced that Elphick did not receivea 2nd Yellow for that one challenge but for persistent infringment i.e he did it evry single time he was confronted with a player. Hammond should know that you cannot expect to push a striker when defending two handed in the middle of his back as he will fall dive call it what you will but it was still a stupid foul to concede.
