Bermondsey has changed a lot and Millwall selling the old Den is quite a large factor in that. Because of it's proximity to the City is has gone 'Up Market'. Surprisingly Hackney (which I don't care what anybody says) was a dump but that too is going upwards but it does have a very diverse community, more so than most I would say.
