They used to make things like this for in-house amusement. My brother got hold of a BBC one many years ago. It was like their own Christmas card for staff. Much of it was hilarious in this sort of format.

This subject has been on here before and when it was I posted that I too saw the tape that you are refering to. Just wait till you get some bright spark calling you a liar because Rainbow was an ITV programme.
