Exactly that - a sh*t show. What was that shit show?
I'll be glad when it is, although I'm no longer optimistic that we'll improve much next season.Shamefully it was a point gained. The players looked like they were on their holidays already. Season pretty much over i feel.
We are allowed to want to win things you licker.Funny how the mood shifts around all season. Couple of months ago we'd all accepted this was a development season, young inexperienced manager, young inexperienced squad, but the development was promising.
Six wins in a row later we're going to win the FA Cup and qualify for the Champions League. And now we're back feeling doom and gloom again, before we settle back into the 'it's a development season' mode, which is probably still the right answer.
Oh you have absolutely hit the nail on the head. Yes, people WANT to win things. Desperately. And I, and everyone else here WANTS Brighton to win things, of course we do.We aee

Spot on.There needs to be an option for "Both". Definitely two points dropped after that first half, but one point gained after the second.
Fair do's, bigger licker.Oh you have absolutely hit the nail on the head. Yes, people WANT to win things. Desperately. And I, and everyone else here WANTS Brighton to win things, of course we do.
But that doesn't really change what we can recognise is the current state of our squad, or the current status of BHA relative to where we have been for decades.
We all want to win things. But failing to win things shouldn't colour our views of the actual state of affairs. But for some it does. If you bet on the favorite for a horse race and it loses you're pissed off. If you bet on a 40-1 shot, you still want to win, but you're more stoical about the eventual result.
You Licker.
Agreed. What worries me is that in the second half we went to a 4-1-4-1 with Ayari as the only defensive midfielder. The last time we did that we lost 7-0 and were repeatedly caught on the break. How did FH not learn that it's not the right system for us. I thought he had burnt that tactical approach?
