Augustin Battipiedi - No thanks, don't rate him at all
Cristian Baz - He's a big headed argentinian idiot, think Championship is hard for him to break through to the squad
Fran Sandaza - Injury prone may be a problem...
Gary Dicker - Another class player. KEEP KEEP KEEP
Gary Hart - Legend but overstayed his welcome imho. Won't be much of an asset when we're in the Championship unless he does some coaching
Glenn Murray - Been a vital striker this season. It's a must
Jamie Smith - I rate this kid and he has a bright future ahead of him. Keep.
Liam Birdcutt - Another great player who has also been an absolute bargain!
Michael Poke - Never did make an impact and doesn't even get in the reserves, best he gets shown the door
Radostin Kishishev - Been a fantastic asset for us but I think his age may be the decision maker. Don't want him to go though.
Ryan Simmonds - Not sure.
Thorbjorn Agdestein - Gus wanted him to fight for a first team place, only made the bench once or twice. That could be a worry.
Yaser Kasim - Not sure

Alan Navarro = Personally I wouldn't. However in view of his injury he might get a short term deal.
Augustin Battipiedi = No - sorry not good enough
Cristian Baz = No - Ultimately he's not good enough for where we might be next season.
Fran Sandaza = I'm told his future is already sorted out and he'll be leaving.
Gary Dicker = Yes
Gary Hart = No. sorry to say it but bye-bye Gary and thanks.
Glenn Murray = Yes
Jamie Smith = No - not good enough. Needs a couple of season in league 1 to show what he can do.
Liam Birdcutt = Yes
Michael Poke = No - League 1 goalkeeper though.

Virtually this but would retain simmonds. Also not sure about Liam Birdcutt. I would definitely retain Liam Bridcutt, not sure about birdcutt though.....

Would keep El-Abd,Navarro,Dicker,Murray,Bridcutt. 2 years for all except maybe Navarro on a one year deal.

Release all of the others although not sure about Simmonds,Agdestien and Kasim as not seen enought of them.

Adam El Abd - keep, 3 year deal.
Alan Navarro - keep, 1 year deal, don't know if he'll cut it in The Championship, let's take a look for a year.
Augustin Battipiedi - release.
Cristian Baz - release.
Fran Sandaza - keep, 2 year deal. He has a handy knack of scoring. Fox in teh box?
Gary Dicker - keep, 2 year deal. I expect him to look just as comfortable in The Championship.
Gary Hart - release. Thanks for everything gary, but the time has come.
Glenn Murray - keep, 3 year deal.
Jamie Smith - keep, 2 year deal. Looks a good prospect to me, think he's been unlucky not to play more. Wouldn't be an expensive contract.
Liam Birdcutt - keep, 1 year deal. Not 100% convinced yet at League One, so the step-up a division will be a challenge.
Michael Poke - release.
Radostin Kishishev - retiring.
Ryan Simmonds - no idea, never seen him play.

Adam El Abd - the "experts" say he is not big enough to cut it in the Championship but I think he will die trying to prove them wrong. Has to be worth a deal.
Alan Navarro - may be our "senior pro" next year in the kitchen chef mould
Augustin Battipiedi - potentially a squad player as defensive midfield but needs some game time to improve so Gus' needs to prioritise getting a proper match schedule for the development squad
Cristian Baz - don't think he has it but may keep and loan out for the season to give him time to progress
Fran Sandaza - hasn't happened but just a feeling that he might do better at the next level. May well stay with us over the summer training camp and pre-season but expect him to find someone else
Gary Dicker - has the quality to step up. Must get a deal
Gary Hart - welcome to the coaching staff
Glenn Murray - can't think why he wouldn't be as effective in the Championship. Must be offered a deal
Jamie Smith - he admits he hasn't trained as well as he should after slipping to the squad fringes but I think he has shown enough potential to stay
Liam Birdcutt - star find. Star potential. Sign him up!
Michael Poke - good to hear the staff refer to him as a "model professional". Hope he gets a place with someone else at league level
Radostin Kishishev - a real bonus season and sad to see him retire
Ryan Simmonds - No idea. Not a first choice starter for the reserves yet so on that basis probably not.
Thorbjorn Agdestein - doesn't seem to have made the progress expected but there is time yet in an expanded development squad as we move up a step so probably a deal
Yaser Kasim - based on Gus' putting him on the bench already I would say yes to a deal
