Oh, are you meant to chill Blue Nun? I wondered why I wasn't really getting the oaky notes on the palate! What am I like drinking at room temperature.
I've heard very good things about 68 Degrees in Brighton and have booked dinner there in a few weeks. Anyone else been?

Debating whether to go for 6, 8 or 10 courses, but I will have to have the cheese for the supplement too, which makes it 7, 9 or 11.

Went for 10 courses. With canapes and amuse bouche it was 12.
