Can it be slowed down a bit ? Would sound better if all 3 syllables at the end are heard rather than just Cent-Ay
ie Olé , Olé , Olé , Olé , Vee-Cent-Ay , Vee-Cent-Ay.

Unfortunately the average age of the lot starting the chants in the North is about 12, and they aren't very good at listening to feedback...

It didn't come over on the radio like that which is why I suggested a "slowed down" version.

Its ok when you're singing Brian Ove Albion away , away , away - but when its a players name I'm sure they would appreciate some reasonable attempt at getting it to sound right.

At least it avoids the embarrassment of us getting the pronunciation wrong. Listen to Gus in his interview on Seagulls Player to find out how to pronounce Bi-then-tay. Repeating it correctly is another matter.

I sit WSU near away fans and only heard it first time last night, took me a while to work it out as thought to start with it was 'citeh' (as in city, which obviously confused me, couldn't work out why you would be singing that). Although once it passed down the WSU singing it was a bit clearer but agree the vi- bit is rushed.

100% this! Just loved thet fact that we were singing in Spanish.............(sort of!). A few more games like last night and we will all be flamengo dancing down the concourses
