Great win lads, sounded like we deserved it.

A long way to go and new faces to be added before we completely turn things around but todays a good starting point.

Very good performance from the Albion, though it has to be said that County are a woeful side. The referee looked as he should be in a circus, and his performance only matched by Ben Roberts and his Coco impersonations, twice he flapped at corners, they should have equalised when there was a mix up with his and El Abd.

Leon was a class above anything else on the pitch, could easily have had 5, new boy seemed very enthusiatic, Mc Phee ran his socks off and created a good couple of chances.

Back from the game.

Much improved performance, Leon gave his usual display an was far and away the best player on the pitch.

Chris McPhee worked hard as usual and his touch and passing is improving all the time, set up Leon for what should have been his hat-trick with a cut back (which Piercy) dummied.

Carpenter looked more like his old self, and Jonesy and Mayo put in respectable performances.

The penalty decision was incomprehensible, but unfortinately Piercy deserved to be sent off. The second tackle in particular was very stupid, jumping in on the full-back when there was no danger.

Roberts perfomance made me nervous throughout, but he would have had a clean sheet if it wasn't for the penalty.

Just got in - much more effort overall but County could have scored more, as could we.

Referee was very quick with the cards, and even though I thought Piercy was a bit unlucky to go, he should have used more common sense having been booked not long before.

Pleased with our first win for what seems like ages, but there is still a lot of improvement needed. County were woeful at times but still should have scored more themselves.

We still need that elusive big centre forward, and an agressive midfielder - but I did think Yeates played much better than last week.

Cheers - the pub beckons !

Roberts kicking was awful.

He looked confident and his handling of crosses was very good.

Better performance,For a team who don't get on they seemed very much together today.Yeates had a good game and looked quite useful. The fans turnout was great aswell considering our run of results and the rugby being on etc.
So nice to see the players come over and get such great applause again.Walking out and the journey home   What a difference a week makes.

Superb stuff. Now stick with this team and build upon it. Really encouraging performance. Chippy and Piercy looked like new players.
