I hate the maths ones ... :nono:

Is the idea that you find one date that gives you 30 & 7 when put into Am & Eng date formats?

e.g. yyyy/dd/mm = 7/30, yyyy/mm/dd = 7/30?

Right the date one!!!!!!

Some facts:

Americans write the date mm-dd-yy
We write the date dd/mm/yy

There are 31 days in a standard month
(There are 7 days in a week)

In equal magnitude means it can be negative numbers i.e. one of the answers is -31

Puzzle Donkey made his purchase relatively recently and is currently living in the future (although he doesn't know the outcome of the Falmer enquiry yet!)

That should be more than enough information to get it although I can give you more help if you need it.

Oh and you need to enter the date of the anniversary of the purchase.

wasn't sure about the middle part of that one but I could only think of one word that started with an x and ended with phone!

I sense this date one is a good time to give up and reclaim my life. I hereby retire from Puzzle Donkey to do gardening and watch Countdown. Bloody donkey ...

Fine, I'm back ... and straight through to 13. Yay! A word one!

Any hints on 13? I'm a little stuck after finally getting the maths one and flying through the one after that.

Likewise. Assuming this is the equivalent of the one in the previous round, I'm stuck with the first/second phrase. This is most disconcerting.

Bugger knows how to do the carrot one - they only seem to give percentages for 2 things, so how do you work the maximum out?

And just out of interest, what was the first phrase in 13?
