Hello, Charles Charlie Charles here...i'm the chairman of Falmer Parish Council, a damn good egg and a quaffer of Pimms, whilst swimming in my local pond.

Here are the seven alternative sites for the New Communism Stadium for Hove & Brighton Rovers FC or whatever their damn silly name is....

1. The land next to Brighton Station - Never been there personally old chap...oh what, old Johnny Sainsbury has bought it?? Oh good on him...Well if not Brighton Station, then what about Worthing Station, Moulsecoomb or even Portslade...knock down the old buildings throw a few peasants onto the streets and hey ho! As long as it doesn't ruin my saturday afternoon tea & biscuits.

2. Bangladesh - Heard its a bit wet there at the moment, should be perfect for playing soccer...plenty of beggars there to act as stewards and it'll keep them of the streets and more importantly out of trouble...the transport system isn't a problem, because noone can afford a car...hahaha, what what what old chap....

3. The Gaza Strip - My personal favourite...It has a big wall going through it to segregate those awful hooligans and I've heard that bulldozers are ready to step in to demolish some homes and heck, i've even heard that my old Israeli friend Yaqub is willing to drop a few bombs to make a natural crater...chocs away...boom!

4. The West Pier - The answer to all of those blasted townies problems...why not turn it into a soccer stadia??? OK, the foundations maybe a bit shaky, but who cares about that...it's miles away from where I live..

5. Sudan - loads of brownfield sites to build a huge stadia and i've even heard that the local tribespeople having nothing to do but sit around complaining that they are hungry...cheeky beggars don't we send them enough of our rice!! And they tried to stop good old Maggie from stopping the relief planes...terrible...Anyway I digress.

6. Sheepcote Valley...Need I say more old chap, one match and it'll be a blast...what a load of gas eh what!!!

and finally old bean..

7. Anywhere alse but not in my back yard....flatten the whole of the world as long as my lovely saturday & sunday afternoons in the wind, rain and snow isn't effected by a load of hoolies interrupting by afternoon siesta...

Anyway, there are the Parishj Council's seven ideal locations for the Communism Stadia in any where but Falmer(Pronounced Formar)...what what what, any one for tennis old bean

Note. Shortly after this announcement a representative of the popular and often hilarious North Stand Chat made this response to Mr CC Charles' statement...
