In a nutshell. planning application has to be approved (again!) by Brighton City Council. 50% BIGGER design than before.

Samrah says there is NIL chance of any objections.

Perry says work still starts in December.


MP Baker says he is very worried about new application.

However - looking at the designs, the community stadium clearly does have four demonstrable sites.

I wonder where these new regs came from.

Story in argus certainly makes no mention of increased capacity. Just increased size and wider spaces inside the stadium
