Pretty much got to build your team around it... first find a long thrower who is also a good player and then sign a lot of tall players to have any use of the long thrower. And no one wants to play in a team where long throws is the main strategy, its not a fun way of playing. And if multiple clubs start to use it at some point, FIFA would regulate it away and you sit there with your £200m long throw squad.
