Blimey, couple of the more out there places I've been would be;
Kota Kinabalu, Borneo. Rats in the bars, beautiful beaches.
Siquijor, Phillipines. I think I was the only white man there during my visit.

there was back in the 60's. As there was no telly in them days, we used to spend a lot of time travelling around and most Sundays we went to the dam and on the way back, we used to get a huge bag of narchies ( oranges/tangerines).
I can hear the "all our yesterdays " theme in my head now
