I don't care about the players - I'm drained.

It's been a frenetic period, and I need a bit of a break.

Usually, I wouldn't say I like these early season international breaks - it feels like the season takes ages to get properly going, but on this occasion I'm thankful for it.

Two weeks or R&R and we go again.
The old bank balance has been full on screaming this past month. R&R is rest and replenish.

Normally I’m very good on who we play and when. In recent weeks I’ve been totally befuddled what with our Euro fixtures and do we play PL fixtures on Saturday or Sunday and at what time. I think I’ll lie down for a while.

I'm absolutely with you. Knackered. It's too much football. Time to rest and spend some time with the family. Then, "we go again".

You’ve been socialising with RDZ haven’t you?

I'm knackered too. Still very bleary eyed. Keep thinking i'm about to get on a coach or some form of transport to take me to yet another football match.

PS: As for players. Just starting to filter out is a report that Mitoma is missing the Japanese internationals in next two weeks due to being in "poor condition" - ie: also knackered as RDZ plays him every game.

The added bonus of having Dunky in the England squad has also peaked my interesting in watching the England games.
Fair chance of starting the Aus game, then if he pulls out another Player of the Match performance noise will be growing that he should start against Italy.

Wow great news

How can they tell he's in bad condition?! Weird.

See I am now annoyed that instead of ignoring England qualifiers as I've happily done for the last two decades I feel guilty for not watching England if he's playing

I'm going to need this break and the next, to help save up for December.

8 game month.
Going to be pricey.
Never mind December, I've got Everton and Ajax already in November and really want to do Forest because it's such a good day out. I'm not sure what that'll cost me additionally in wife bribing gifts but they'll probably be just about cheaper than a divorce lawyer. Two weeks off games now to do family stuff I suppose.

I've not been able to get to more than 2 matches over the last 3 weeks and I'm feeling drained!

Have to say that I'm really looking forward to seeing Bellingham take on Italy in the qualifier. Can't see Dunk playing that one, but expect to see him in the friendly.

Really wanted to do Forest, but simply don't have the money or brownie points to cover it this year.

Good call. Those who might have enough loyalty points AEK Athens might not have enough Brownie points, so I still might be in with a chance of ticket.

Hopefully RDZ gets a chance to see his family, can't imagine how it would be to spend so much time away from your kids!
