I missed all of it, was coming off a night shift but more relevant was I have no interest in Rugby so couldn't care less anyway.

Didn’t sleep through it. Just had no interest in watching it.

I slept through the Great Storm of 1987 totally oblivious to it. I stepped out the following morning completely bewildered by all the devastation surrounding me.

As did my girlfriend at the time. I was at work in London, she was in our basement flat in Kemp Town, when she did wake up she thought she’d gone blind, not realising what had happened and the power was out!
