The Giant Flag WILL be going to Watford. But volunteers needed!

OK, it's sorted. Liz has come up trumps and responded to my request for help by confirming that the supporters' club coach are honoured to help us. So they will take the flag to Watford.

What I will need is someone with a more sensible car than me to take it down to Conway Street and a team of volunteers to meet it at Watford and take it back to the coach afterwards.

Given my memories of Cardiff, it occurs to me that it's probably sensible for the "Flag Team" to exchange phone numbers, etc but we can do this by pm.

Richie, I'm really glad you've sorted out transport but do you think it might be more sensible to use the supporters' coach now firm arrangements have been made?

Because it's not just transport to Vicarage Road that's needed, you also need to be able to pick the flag up from Brighton first.

Sorry if I sounded arsey earlier Roz. Ive had a shitty day at work and did not mean to sound the way I think it might have. All I was saying was Ive only been trying to help and whilst I know you have had to do a lot today because of me...I did not cock up on purpose.

That was it. Nothing malicious or bitchy meant.

I did not mean to muck you about over the car etc, the person who was taking me said he couldnt come and I spent ages ringing round and everyone said no so I thought I had better let everyone on here know in good time and not just tell everyone on friday I couldnt take it. One of them then rang back and said hed drive me.

I havnt been trying to be diffilcult. Sometimes it just seems people are quick to have a go at me when all Ive been trying to do is help.
