Best not forget Rooney scored today.

Indeed mate!!!

Oh yes....a true inspiration for a nation that gave his all for his country in his sport!

Or......another reminder how pathetic someone like him looks like compared to our Olympic Team!!!

Apparently the Premiership started this weekend.

Watching these GB Olympians, I really couldn't care less...

Nothing but the utmost respect for team GB.
All of them!
Proud to be British!!!!......if its still OK to say that!!!...or is that offensive???

Not at all offensive - savour the moment. This is a committed, dedicated British team to be immensely proud of. What a great example our Olympians are to other sportsmen and women and an inspiration to all. Can't believe how calm and focused they remain under what must be unbelievably immense pressure. Best sporting Sunday for ages. So yes, definitely proud to be British. Enjoy.

Kenny goes 1-0 up (best of three) in the Mens Sprint final against Callum Skinner.

It seems like the rest of the worlds cycling teams have decided to beat Team GB with bulk.

Sure it worked in yesterday's Keirin but the rest of the women look horribly underpowered.

No-one says it's offensive. It's just offensive to hate everyone else.

If the whole race was at the pace of the first lap I'd fancy my chances
There speaks a man who has never seen a velodrome.

Honestly you'd poop yourself at how steep it is.

To think 20 years ago in Altanta we won one gold medal
Earlier, when Balding was getting all flustered about which gold medalist they were going to cut too, I thought:-

'That job was a lot easier 20 years ago'.
