Then you would enjoy Naish cider. It tastes like a spiky orange/apple squash, only a few minutes later it all kicks in..

As it's my BIRTHDAY (now no longer bejeweled with the glittering cake and personal email form this forum of which I was here at the beginning I'll have you know) I am drinking Tesco 'Simply IPA', 'Old Hoppy Hen' and sailor Jerry chasers.

I've not had that one. What sort of cider is it? Not a fan of the sweet or cloudy stuff myself, a nice crisp dry sort is my thing.

Good choice. Just polished 1 of those off myself (preceded by 7 cans of Red Stripe and a couple of glasses of Ridgeview Bloomsbury). Funny old mix ...
